How does recruitment work at Bilink?
How many interviews are there and who will you meet?
The recruitment process starts with a telephone interview. Afterwards, two physical interviews will be organised so that you can meet the management and possibly an employee.
How are the interviews conducted?
The meeting with the management will allow us to present the company, its values, its development, the team spirit that drives our company and of course to talk about technology.
This will be an opportunity for you to tell us about your motivation to join us and demonstrate your expertise.
How long does the recruitment process take?
The advantage of being in a human-sized company is that the recruitment process is fast! It only takes a few weeks for us to make a decision.
