Description of the project

Controlling project: Implementation of a budget monitoring reporting tool to give concrete expression to the desire to improve budgetary control within the group's departments (analysis of the consumed budget, the committed budget, A-1 comparisons, implementation of budget overrun alerts, summary reports by department with an automatic information letter, etc.)

Stock project: Design and development of a tool aimed at reducing costs associated with the stock perimeter, enabling more accurate stock management (unjustified purchases, reduction of slow-moving items, dead stock, ABC classification, stock valuation, etc.).

BW audit: Optimisation of the performance of the loading process, execution of requests, recommendations for reducing licence costs

User support, training, solution costing, planning, monitoring and reporting on the progress of developments and deliverables
